How do I delete multiple unpaid bills in quickbooks online (2024)

Currently, the feature to delete unpaid bills in bulk isn't available. What we can do is run a report to view these unpaid bills. Then you can delete them one at a time.

Follow the steps to proceed:

1. Go to theReportsmenu.
2. Type it in and selectUnpaid Bills.
3. SelectAll Datesunder theReport periodfield (adjust the date range if necessary).
4. Click the dates or amounts to open the transactions.
5. SelectMorethenDelete.

I'd also recommendsending a feature requestdirectly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program. Here's how:

1. Go to theGearmenu and then selectFeedback.
