Here's how to issue a refund:
- Go to the Resolution Center.
- SelectOpen Casesand find the transaction.
- Click the Case ID in the Case column.
- ClickIssue Refund.
- Enter eithera fullora partial refund amountto resolve, and add a note if needed.
- ClickIssue Refund.
If you refund a payment for goods or services, there are no fees to issue the refund, but thepayment receiving feesaren’t returned.
If your PayPal account doesn’t have enough money,we’ll request itfromyourprimary bank account. In this case, it usually takes up to5 business days forthe refund to complete.
