How do I update my device / Operating system?
You may have received a message suggesting that your device will no longer support our Mobile Banking App. If so, there are multiple ways to continue to bank with us:
- Firstly, you may check whether you can update your device operating system (Our minimum operating system requirements for Android are 8.0 and above, iOS is 15.0 and above):
- Android: Settings > Software update
- iOS: Settings > General > Software Update
*N.B. You may wish to select the “auto-update” or “auto-download” option so that you don’t have to check manually to update. - If are unable to upgrade because you hold a device which is not compatible with the above Operating System; you can try to download and then register on another compatible device and download the latest app from the App Store.
