It confused everyone on how to develop it.The team used to develop the product based on the client's explanation. However, the client would then refuse it, causing a waste of effort and money.   One of the product improvements is to consider infrastructure improvement in your system. This falls under infrastructure enhancement in collaboration and involves a three amigos session with the product owner, architect and test team members.
