I think intermediate or graduate person is good enough for this Role if company is paying a good salary and facilities than no issue to hire a person with master degree.If a company want to reduce payroll cast then intermediate education person can perform very well.

Shift Manager is the leader in the silent hours, he is the first respondent in case of emergency, upset, failure or any loss of primary containment incident. He acts as Incident Control and manage such incident without injury or loss of property or affecting environment . He is eye and ear of management during silent hours , he connects and involve with first line of management working and managing shift operations to carry out safe operations.
