Cancel your team subscription

Cancel an individual Dropbox plan

Click Manage account. Click Cancel plan at the bottom of the page. Note: If you don't see Cancel plan, you may have purchased Dropbox on your mobile device. If so, you'll need to cancel your plan from the app store on your device.

To permanently delete a Dropbox Standard, Business, Advanced, or Business Plus team member account, contact an admin on your team who has the ability to delete team members. Contact Dropbox Support to move your team to locked state.

You cancel your Dropbox team subscription and disband a team

If you're an admin and choose to disband a team, all content you own will move back with you to your personal account, including shared docs that you've accessed before or have been invited to.
