Select your device and follow the steps provided belowto delete the information of your paired Bluetooth device from your mobile device or computer. Steps may vary depending on your device or operating system. Check the manual supplied with your device or contact the manufacturer for specific information.
- Android mobile devices (smartphone, tablet)
- iOS mobile devices (iPhone, iPad)
- Windows 11 computers
- Windows 10 computers
- Windows 8.1 computers
- Windows 7 computers
- Macintosh computers
Android mobile devices (smartphone, tablet)
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
- Tap theSettingsicon.
- SelectConnected devicesorDevice Connection.
- SelectPreviously connected devicesorBluetooth.
- If theBluetoothfunction isOFF, turn itON.
- The mobile device displays a list of saved Bluetooth devices.
- Tap the(Settings/gear) icon besidethe name of the device you want to unpair.
- TapFORGET.
iOS mobile devices (iPhone, iPad)
- On the Home screen, tapSettings.
- On theSettingsmenu, tapBluetooth.
- If theBluetoothfunction is set toOFF, turn itON.
- The mobile device displays a list of saved Bluetooth devices.
- Tap the(Info) icon beside the name of the device that you want to unpair.
- TapForget this Device.
Windows 11 computers
- On theStartmenu, click(Settings).
- SelectBluetooth & Devices.
- If theBluetoothfunction is set toOFF, set it toON.
- On theAudiomenu, select(menu) on the right side of the device name you want to unpair.
- SelectRemove device→Yes.
Windows 10 computers
- On theStartmenu, click the(Settings/gear) icon.
- ClickDevices.
- On theDevicesmenu, clickBluetooth & other devices.
- If theBluetoothfunction is set toOFF, turn itON.
- Your computer displays a list of saved Bluetooth devices.
- Click on the device you want to unpair.
- Click onRemove device.
Windows 8.1 computers
- From theStart Menu, click the(Settings/gear) icon.
- ClickChangePC settings.
- On thePC settingsmenu, clickPC and devices.
- On thePC and devicesmenu, clickBluetooth.
- If theBluetoothfunction is set toOFF, set it toON.
- Your computer displays a list of saved Bluetooth devices.
- Click the device you want to unpair.
- ClickRemove device.
Windows 7 computers
- ClickControl Panel.
- On theHardware and Soundmenu, clickDevices and Printers.
- Right-clickonthe device you want to unpair, then clickRemove device.
Macintosh computers
- Click the(Apple) icon.
- ClickSystem Preferences.
- ClickBluetooth.
- Your computer displays a list of saved Bluetooth devices.
- If theBluetoothfunction is set toOFF, turn itON.
- Click on the device you want to unpair.
- Click the(Delete) icon beside the device name.
