Farm Items From Golden Loot Boxes
So far, there are very few sources of dungeon keys in the game, which should limit your farming activities significantly. As reported by DualShockers, you have a small chance of finding dungeon keys within Golden Loot Boxes, which can be found when exploring the maps of the game and defeating certain opponents. The loot is somewhat randomized, so it is not guaranteed that you will get a dungeon key, but these Golden Loot Boxes are the only method of obtaining them in Last Epoch.
DualShockers reports that Golden Loot Boxes are marked with a golden marker on your map once you are within an unspecified but short distance from them.
You can also gain dungeon keys by defeating difficult opponents, such as rare enemies and bosses. According to the Last Epoch Wiki, you have a low chance of getting the items from these opponents. However, there is a guaranteed dungeon key drop from defeating bosses within Echoes in the Monolith of Fate activity. Of course, the Monolith of Fate in Last Epoch can be considered an endgame activity, which will require you to progress significantly through the game before challenging it.
