Problem
How can you make a file private, since it is public to the whole organization?
Environment
- Drive
- Sharing and permissions
Solution
- Access to the Google Drive web UI.
- Select the file you want to share.
- ClickSharebutton.
- Under General access, click the Down arrow.
- Choose whocan access the file, in this case will be Privateor Restricted.
- Click Done.
Cause
User not aware of how to make file private.
