Is Goat Milk Soap Good for Your Skin?
Oh yes! You can read more about the benefits of goat milk soap. If you’ve been with me for very long, you know I try to find all-natural solutions for anything because of our family’s intolerances.
Now, in the world of products, I’ve often found I can place ingredients under a bad/better/best category system.
So many products claim to be “all-natural”, but all the ingredients listed certainly don’t appear to be all-natural.
That’s where it’s important to do your research. Discover the chemicals that are actually bad for your health, avoid them like the plague, and look for better options!
That’s why, for this soap recipe, I’m using goat’s milk and raw honey. It doesn’t get more naturally than that!
I’ve found this melt and pour goat milk soap base to be a much “better” option.
The goat milk and honey found in this recipe is so nourishing for my skin.
I’ve found I don’t have to apply lotion after I wash my hands. I’ve even added some Vitamin E for good measure!
