Depending on how much you overpaid, you may be able to request a refund by contacting an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs. If the amount is small, the bank will usually keep it on your account as a credit and apply it towards future purchases/charges, which is usually what banks do.

You need to contact the bank that services the account.Apple does not have your funds and does not have access to your account. If your want to request a refund, you must contact the bank.
