Once you purchase your new iPhone, we’ll schedule a time to pick up your old smartphone and deliver your new iPhone. Both will happen at the same time, and both are handled by our courier partner.
When the courier arrives, they’ll check the physical condition of your smartphone. For iPhone, they’ll run a diagnostic test to confirm that internal systems and components are working properly. For Android devices, there is a different diagnostic process. Learn more
When everything checks out, you’re all done. You’ll get your new iPhone and the courier will take your trade-in when they leave.
