Keeping Track of Your Skill Potions
If you have a keen eye, you may be wondering how we are keeping track of the Skill Potion Numbers. Well, thankfully it is due to an in-game feature, the Lost Ark Codex. To open the Codex, simply use the hot key [Alt + D] or open the Guides menu and select Codex.
Once you have your Codex open, you can do a search for Skill Point Potion on the top right. Alternatively, you can select the ‘Permanent Stat Increase – Skills’ option under the Character Growth section.
Upon finding the Skill Potions in the Codex, you can select them and see which ones you have or haven’t found yet. Ones you have will show a check next to them, while ones you don’t will not!
That’s it. As you can see, it’s quite a long grind, with a ton of things to do and collect. Unlocking Lost Ark Skill Point is more of a journey, directly leading you all over the world. Make sure to enjoy it and best of luck in-game!
Leveling up your character is the main way to earn skill points. If you can level up your character to level 60, you will have 312 Skill Points. And the remaining Skill Points can be obtained by Skill Point Potions and Greater Skill Points.
This is obvious, but every level past level 50 also grants Skill Points, a total of 6 per level. This means that just from playing the game and casually leveling to 60 over a long amount of time, players will get an additional 60 Skill Points.
Greater Skill Point Potion can be collected for a total of 360 Skill Points at level 50. With level 55, your maximum Skill Points attainable will become 390. At level 60, your limit will be even higher at 420 Skill Points. Collect them all to fully maximize your character!
These can be earned from numerous different sources within Lost Ark and are essential to getting the most out of your character. Skill Point Potions are also account-wide, so the work you are doing to unlock them on one character will benefit every character in your roster.
Once you unlock chaos dungeons in North Vern (very early in the story iirc) Beatrice will have a super short quest that will give you your first awakening skill+your level 50 regular skill(note these come in separate books but you only need to use the awakening one to finish the quest.)
Rather than obtain a rare item or speak with an NPC, Lost Ark allows players to respec their skill points whenever they want to. It also does not penalize players for trying out something new with their chosen class. It's completely free to respec skill points in Lost Ark, and here's how it is done.
Kinsera's Lucky Day is the 2nd quest of a 5 part quest chain. The first quest called Black Eyes of Fate, is taken from this NPC here. After completing it, you must wait until daily reset for Kinsera's Lucky Day to appear from the same NPC. Complete the 4 part quest chain started from Lucas as shown in the image below.
You'll hit level 50 long before the game's main story comes to a stop, but that doesn't mean you should give up on completing the main quest (designated by the blue globe icon). The main point you'll want to reach is Vern Castle.
Life skill experience is an interesting concept in Lost Ark – basically any life skill you do adds to a pool of life skill experience that you can allocate to improve individual skills. The maximum level you can reach is level 50.
You can expect to take 9-12 hours to achieve max level in Lost Ark when focusing on efficiency, but depending on your class choice and previous experience, this time can vary significantly. Disclaimer! This guide assumes you are willing to skip most of the side objectives to reach level 50 as quick as possible.
