If you accidentally deleted the Microsoft Authenticator app and can't log in to your accounts anymore, here's what you can do:

    1. Firstly, go to your phone's app store (like the App Store for iPhones or Google Play Store for Android) and download the Microsoft Authenticator app again.
    2. Once you've got the app back, you'll need to add your accounts to it again. Some services might have alternative ways to log in if you don't have the Authenticator app anymore, like using recovery codes or backup email addresses. You can usually find instructions on their websites.
    3. If you're having trouble getting back into your accounts, especially if they're really important ones like email or banking, get in touch with the support teams of those services. They can help you out and might have other ways to prove it's really you trying to get back in.
    4. To avoid this kind of situation in the future, it's a good idea to set up backup ways to log in, like using recovery codes or backup email addresses. That way, if you lose access to the Authenticator app again, you'll still be able to get into your accounts.

Thanks for your response. While trying to recover my account, the only two options I am getting is:

      1. Approve a notification on my authenticator app
      2. Enter a code from my authenticator app

So, even the backup option is from authentication app. So, I am blocked to access my account. This is an email account, so really need to get back on it.
