For the millionth time, frugal does not mean cheap. You might be surprised by these 4 ways that I spend extravagantly while being a frugal minimalist.
Frugality has to do with spending money only on things you believe are worth it — high-quality products, experiences, things that bring you or your loved ones joy, important items you’ve saved up for. Cheap means you don’t want to spend money on anything or want to spend as little as possible no matter the circ*mstances.
Frugal people are willing to spend on their priorities and things they care about, sometimes no matter what the price is as long as it is worth it for the experience and memory. My ideas of frugality and minimalism go hand-in-hand. Minimalists focus on simplicity and efficiency and also spend on things, people, and experiences that they value.
