Some older software versions will no longer support Apple Services like the App Store, Siri, and Maps. Update your software to the latest available version to continue using these services.
Update your iPhone or iPad
Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly to the latest available version of iOS or iPadOS
If an update doesn't appear on your device or you're unable to update wirelessly, connect your phone to your computer to update manually:
Update manually if you're using a Mac with macOS Catalina or later
Update manually if you're using a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier or a Windows PC
Update your Mac
Open the App Store app.
Click the Updates tab at the top of the App Store window.
If the App Store shows any uninstalled updates, click the Update button to install each update.
If an error prevents installing updates:
Turn on your Mac and immediately press and hold Option-Command (⌘)-R until a spinning globe appears.
If you're using an iMac Pro and you can't use the App Store or macOS Recovery to update your Mac, try updating again after using Apple Configurator to revive your Mac. To do that, you need another Mac and a USB cable to connect them to each other. If you don't have these items, or you need help following the instructions to revive your Mac, contact Apple Support.

Update your Apple TV to the latest available version of tvOS
Update your Apple Watch
Update your Apple Watch to the latest available version of watchOS
If you still can't connect to Apple Services
If you updated your device's software and you still can't connect to Apple Services, contact Apple Support.
