If your accessories still aren't responding in the Home app, restart your devices: Unplug your modem and router, then plug them back into power. Unplug any third-party bridges and all home hubs (HomePod, HomePod mini, and Apple TV), then plug them back into power. Restart accessories that aren't responding.

Reboot all the things

As with most problems, sometimes a simple reboot is all it takes to get things back up and running. For HomeKit troubleshooting, rebooting your HomeKit hub, iOS device, and even the accessory itself is one of the quickest and easiest ways to make an unresponsive accessory available again.

In the Home app , tap or click the Home icon, then select Home Settings. At the bottom of the dialog, tap or click Remove Home, then tap or click Remove. Close the Home app. Find all home accessories, then reset each one to its factory settings.

Turn on your accessory* and make sure it's nearby. Tap Add Accessory. Follow the instructions to scan a code or hold your device near the accessory to add it. If you're adding a Matter accessory that was previously paired to another app, tap More options, then select your accessory.

Make sure your iPhone, iPad or Mac is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your accessories. To control your accessories remotely, you must set up a home hub. Turn on Bluetooth in the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, or in System Settings on your Mac. Restart any accessories that aren't responding.

Disconnect and reconnect the accessory to clear the alert. If the alert continues to appear, check the connectors on the accessory and your device for damage or debris. If necessary, gently remove the debris and clean the connectors on your device.

Power Supply Issues: One common cause that a USBhub stopped working is an inadequate power supply. Powered USB hubs require an external power source, and if the power adapter is faulty or not providing enough power, the hub may fail to operate or only partially function.

If you see “No Response” under your Level Lock name in the Apple Home app, your lock could be out of Bluetooth range, or something could be interfering with your wireless network. The most common reason for the Apple Home app to show No Response is because the hub is not within Bluetooth range of the lock.

Prepare to use Apple HomeKit

Make sure your Apple device is connected to the same network as the TV. On the TV remote control, press the Input button and then select AirPlay . Select AirPlay & HomeKit settings. Select Set up HomeKit.

If your Wemo Mini becomes unresponsive to the Wemo app or to manual controls, it is possible that it has crashed and will need a reboot. Rebooting your device is as easy as unplugging it and plugging it back in. Step 1: Unplug the Wemo Mini from the power outlet. Step 2: Wait for 5 seconds.

Restart HomePod or HomePod mini

Open the Home app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. If you have two HomePod speakers set up as a stereo pair, select Restart HomePod. If your HomePod speaker is not set up as a stereo pair, select Reset HomePod, then select Restart HomePod.

Check that your iPhone and Hive Hub are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If you have a mesh Wi-Fi network (one with additional router-like devices) then try to connect your phone and hub to the same router. Restart your iPhone and then try linking to HomeKit again.
