Income Tax Recruitment 2024 Notification pdf:The Income Tax Department or IT Department released the Income Tax Recruitment notification for several posts. The posts include Tax Assistant, Multi-Tasking Staff, Income Tax Inspector, Stenographer, and Canteen Attendant for 291 seats. The department started accepting applications from the last week of December 2023. The last date to apply was 19th January 2024.

Eligibility Criteria andAge Limit

• Income Tax Inspector: Graduation in any discipline.
• Tax Assistant: Graduation along with possessing the required typing speed.
• Stenographer Grade-II: 12th pass.
• MTS/ Multi Tasking Staff: 10th pass.

The upper age limit to apply for IT recruitment in 2024 is 30 for income tax inspectors and 27 for multi-tasking staff and tax assistants. Candidates with the age of 18 or above can apply for the various posts in IT Department recruitment.
