Other Categories: a buyer has up to fourteen (14) days from the order delivery date or thirty (30) days from the purchase date to file for a refund request.

As for cancellations, buyers can request cancellation from sellers via the app within a 24-hour window after purchaseor until the shipping label has been printed, whichever is later.

It's worth noting that the seller has the final say in approving or denying your cancellation request, not Whatnot.
