The Jackpot Chest is the rarest chest in the game, and is extremely hard to dig to for early game players due to its 10 million HP, but it's very powerful for very late game players - few backpacks actually hold the capacity needed to dig this chest.
An untrained eye could confuse it for the Rare Chest, but the main difference is that the Rare Chest's and the Jackpot Chest's centers are different colors - The Rare Chest just has a normal brown, while the Jackpot Chest has a somewhat eye-catching, "luxurious" dark red color. The particle colors are also somewhat different, but it's not really what you'll notice a Jackpot Chest by. Also, Rare Chests don't appear that much that far down - they're most prevalent in higher layers.
