You may have heard about the law of attraction. Essentially, it’s the belief that when you ask the universe for what you want and work towards that goal every day, your dreams will become a reality. What creates in this world depends on how you manifest. First, you build it in your mind, and then you can build it in the physical world. How you think, what you think, focus, stability in thought, reverberance, and not creating impediments are the critical attributes of manifestation. Where focus goes, energy flows.
Law of attraction: Whatever you focus your energy on will come back to you. Essentially, like attracts like, what you are putting out into the world is what you will receive back from it. Success is a matter of belief
The Law of Attraction operates similarly to confirmation bias or the placebo effect. There is a straightforward cycle at work here: the more you think about something, the more you notice it. The more you focus on it, the more you will see it in the environment. Your chance to incorporate it into your life increases as you see it more in the world around you.
There will always be people who want to see you fail—but a true leader must remember why he did it in the first place. Essentially, hold onto his vision during those difficult times. The mindset of “never wanted anything more” helps you achieve your goals.
Mindset alone is not enough; as a leader, influencing the culture of the company is equally important. With people alignment, organizing mind, emotions, and energies within the organization is important. As a leader, you need to move from a compulsive state of activity to constant state of activity. As a leader, alignment in all 4 dimensions is important – You, Your thoughts, Your communication, and Your action.
Nothing will ever be delivered to you on a silver platter, therefore it's crucial to keep your course when things change in your life. However, if you're willing to put in the effort, don't be hesitant to communicate your goals to the universe since it's always on the lookout.
What is possible shouldn’t be dependent on experience alone. You ask a child if you can fly. You get an answer “No”. But if you ask, can you walk, immediately you get a “yes”. This is because of the conclusion that what was not possible in the past is not happening in the future. This is a deterrent to creativity and innovation. When you commit yourself to create what you want, it will happen.
Walking is the most difficult for a 1-year-old but not a problem for an adult. Why? Because you have conquered your fear of falling.
Experience should make you do more and achieve the impossible and not just talk about past accomplishments and even so, past challenges or constraints. Experience should help you dream better and bigger.

True, these are time-tested principles and are not just for our professional career but for every aspect of life. It is good to imbibe them in our day-to-day life. Our ex-President of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam sir talks about them everywhere he goes. Thanks for reinforcing the same.
