Your journey will eventually come to an end in Lies of P. However, a certain feature still allows you to continue, or start fresh with a few goodies thrown in for good measure. The Lies of P New Game Plus mode becomes available after watching the endings and post-credits scenes. As soon as the scenes are done, a prompt will appear asking you if you want to overwrite your save with a New Game Plus run.
Your original save: overwrite, create a backup, or restart
Overwrite - If you decide to accept the aforementioned prompt, you'll be back at the starting area of the campaign for New Game Plus mode. A separate save file will not be created. Instead, your original save will get overwritten.
Create a backup - Those playing on PC via Steam can opt to create a backup save. Your save file can be found in your Lies of P installation drive: Steam\Steamapps\common\Lies of P\LiesofP\Saved\SaveGames\<userID>. Copy the account, option, and save data files to a backup folder.
A good reason why you might want to create a backup is so that you can find other goodies that you might have missed during the campaign. For instance, you could purchase certain weapons or unlock specific achievements, as opposed to doing those tasks in New Game Plus. In fact, continuing a post-campaign run can lead to more secrets, such as turning all NPCs into puppets.
Restart - If ever you want to switch over to New Game Plus during your post-campaign run, you can go to the Stargazer in Hotel Krat and pick the Restart option. This will overwrite your original save file, similar to accepting the prompt after the ending scenes.
What carries over in Lies of P New Game Plus
When you begin your Lies of P New Game Plus run, you'll retain everything except for all collectibles (other than records, gestures, and costumes), Krat Supply Boxes (i.e. special items that increase Polendina's shop wares), and Venigni Collections (i.e. special items that increase Pulcinella's shop wares).
That means you'll immediately have access to the following:
Gear pieces: Weapons, amulets, and parts/armor
Upgrades: All accumulated stats, P-Organ upgrades, and Legion Arm upgrades.
Currencies and materials: Your remaining Ergo, Moonstones, Wishstones, and Golden Fruit Coins, as well as any Legion Plugs, Legion Calibers, and boss items that you didn't exchange.
Collectibles: Costumes, gestures, and records.

Other New Game Plus additions
Upon beginning your run, the desk where you initially chose your starting class/path has options that allow you to change/upgrade your Legion Arm, as well as reset your P-Organ upgrades, if you wish. Since you're restarting your run with a bunch of stuff carried over, you can essentially farm more Ergo and other materials/currencies to fully boost your character and weapons.
Moreover, you should now see the phase 6 or tier 6 upgrades for your P-Organ, which can be unlocked after you acquire additional Quartz. Last but not least, if you check the main menu, you'll notice a gallery. The gallery has portraits of the game's NPCs, enemy mobs, and bosses.

Yes although the difficulty jump is much less overwhelming on subsequent New game Plus cycles versus the first one. My escape is death, but not this one. Technically, yes. Enemies hit harder and have a bit more hp, but I found NG+1 and 2 to both be much easier than the first playthrough.

While you can choose to tell the truth or lie whenever you want, it is HIGHLY advised to stick to just lying or just telling the truth within a given playthrough. There are no benefits for switching back and forth, but you'll get unique Records, Gestures, and Items for fully committing to one or the other.
If you decide to do the Lies of P respec for P-Organs, you'll regain all the Quartz that you've spent so far. This is especially helpful, since there may have been some early-game passives that you acquired, and you'd realize, later on, that other major perks and minor perks are more useful.
Is it possible to re-acquire quartz in ng+ cycles and continue to build your p-organs and eventually max out all 5 phases? Yep. In total there are 28 quartz per playthrough, you need 56 (two full playthroughs) to complete fill out the p-organ.
Golden Records can only be collected in New Game+, so any player hoping to collect every single one will need to begin a New Game+ save file. Otherwise, they can only obtain 10 of the 16; the extra one comes from a generic record that must also be collected in New Game+.
You need to play 3 times to see all endings so just play 1st playthrough however you want, there's little to grind you need to get all weapons that's the biggest chore aside from that not much rly, you need to do questlines for all chars etc but that's really easy.
You don't. Started NG+ yesterday and Kitty hissed at me when I arrived at the hotel. Each NG cycle you have to gain it all back. I don't really notice the humanity mechanic, other than the painting in the Geppetto's room.
In order to obtain the Golden Lie in Lies of P, players will have to follow these steps: Never tell the truth for any of the decisions in the game; always choose to lie. This will allow Pinocchio to gain Humanity and eventually turn the P-Organ into an actual beating human heart.
We all know the game has 3 endings, the bad, the good, and the best. A lot of confusing information regarding how to get these endings, so let me try to simplify it as much as I could: Bad Ending: Regardless of your choices in the game, this ending is not affected by them. Just submit to Geppetto and give your heart.

Becoming so wrapped up in is work, he grew distant to his son, Carlo, causing the latter to grow resentful towards his father.
Your choices will not only affect the ending but things around players will also be affected by those choices as well. We are very excited to see players find those throughout their journey in Krat. Lies of P will have three distinctive endings, and that is all I can say for now.
Note, however, as I stated earlier; that not only are the NG+ enemies more challenging on the base game map but they will also be more challenging on the DLC area than they would have been had you started a regular new game with a fresh player-character.
Here's everything that changes for New Game Plus in Elden Ring: Enemies and bosses drop more runes and deal more damage. Early bosses provide us with significantly more runes (up to 5x as many), while later bosses can still provide around x2 as many.
Despite these alterations to make Lies of P a less frustrating experience, there's no doubt that Neowiz's soulslike is tough. For a start, bosses have huge health bars, meaning that you can't just melt through the big bad story foes in a few hits.
