"Pest Control" is one of the many Daily Quests thatLost Arkplayers can complete for valuable rewards, such as Harmony Leapstones, Life Leapstones, Honor Leapstones, and Small Combat XP Potions. The quest is quick and simple to fulfill, making it a decent source of Honing Materials. Yet, before fans can participate in "Pest Control," they must meet three requirements.
The first and most straightforward prerequisite isacquiring theLost Arkabilityto sail the seas of Arkesia, which is obtained at the end of the East Luterra questline during "Set Sail!" The second requirement is unlocking Una's Tasks, the diverse Daily and Weekly Quest selection that becomes available once adventurers attain Character Level 50. This should occur around the time players reach the questline of North Vern. The third and final requirement to undertake "Pest Control" is fulfilling two yellow Side Quests on Blackfang's Den, a small island off the southwestern coast of Anikka.

The first Side QuestLost Arkfans must complete is "Blackfang's House," an uncomplicated fetch quest requiring players to tidy up Blackfang's home. During this mission, players will need to slay trash mobs and clean up several objects. After "Blackfang's House" is fulfilled, "Catch the Rats" will become available. This assignment has adventurers exterminate pesky Shore Rats ×12 that are troubling the island. Once theseLost ArkSide Questsare complete, fans can accept the "Pest Control" Daily Quest from Una's Tasks.
Pest Control Walkthrough For Lost Ark
To complete "Pest Control" inLost Ark, first, accept the quest by selecting "Adventure" on the bottom-right of the HUD and choosing Una's Tasks. Alternatively, players can press Alt + J to open the menu. After receiving the task, travel to Blackfang's Den. Once players arrive on the island, they may notice no quest markers are active, depending on the time. The reason is that the "Pest Control" Quest is divided into two sub-quests: "Everyone, Charrrge!" and "Watch Out! Pirates!" These two are set to become active on a 15-minute timer. Therefore, it is recommended for players tofind the island's Mokoko Seedswhile waiting for the enemies to spawn.
Once "Pest Control" begins, two enemy mobs will spawn in the southern portion of Blackfang's Den. A Pirate Captain will appear on the right shore, and several lesser pirates will spawn on the left. While killing both mobs can reap more loot, players only need to defeat one to complete the task. After the battle, return to Ruri inside the island's cabin to receive the quest rewards.
