Louis Valentin ｢ルイ・ヴァレンタイン, rui varentain｣, the Holy Emperor of Lubelius, is a subordinate of Demon Lord Luminous Valentine and her proxy in controlling the citizens of Lubelius, while his deceased younger twin brother Roy Valentin played the role of the evil Demon Lord to unite the populace of Lubelius under Louis.

Appearance[]
Being Roy's twin brother, he holds an identical appearance to him. Due to his duties as holy emperor, he usually spends most of his time in priest robes.
Personality[]
Like all of Luminous' servants, he is fiercely loyal to her. When Luminous grieved Roy's death, Louis emphasized to her that Roy's death wasn't her fault and that it was due to his weakness.
Background[]
There was once a powerful and bloodthirsty Vampire known as "Valentin," who was known for being highly bloodthirsty and battle crazed. As revealed, "Valentin", was one of the many creations of Twilight Valentine, the creator and progenitor to the many races residing in the Central World. Valentin himself was a byproduct of Twilight’s research and experimentation after successfully populating the worlds and dimensions with intelligent life in accordance to their creator's wishes. Valentin was noted to be one of their most troublesome creations, frequently breaking out and causing problems and needing to be dealt with by the Mediator.
Even after being subjugated and taken under Luminous' wing, he continued to antagonize her other subordinates, forcing Luminous to use her powers to divide him into two separate beings. Creating both to be her stand-ins; Roy acted as her proxy on the Demon Lord council, and Louis acted as the holy emperor for her human empire.
He and Roy have been noted to be some of Luminous’s oldest servants, having served Luminous Valentine when she had founded her first country of the Night Rose.
The two challenged Hinata Sakaguchi, but she managed to beat them. Luminous heals them in turn.
Trivia[]
- Both Roy's and Louis' first names, as well as their surname, are pronounced in French.
- After Roy’s "death", he was in truth absorbed into the surviving twin, Louise. Returning them to their original state as one being.
