Low calorie slushie

You can cool off without the calories with this super easy recipe. In fact, it is so easy that you can make it in just minutes.
This is crazy easy with just 3 ingredients. Twoof the ingredients are ice and water, so you can’t mess this up!
Even better, each serving has only about 5 calories! Yes, only 5 calories.
I told you it was a low calorie slushie, but you won’t miss all the calories. It is so delicious that no one will even guess it is low calorie.
We used lemonade Crystal Light but you can easily try other flavors. I bet fruit punch or grape would be amazing.
Blenders I recommend:
I have had a Vitamix blender for years and years. It is pricey but it is old and going strong. This blender is tough and made to last.
If you can make it work in your budget, I definitely recommend the Vitamix for sure.
Now, I also like the Ninja blender and it gets great reviews. This is a less expensive option and it will get the job done if the Vitamix isn’t in the budget right now.
You can’t go wrong with either option.
Ingredients:
- cold water
- Crystal light
- ice
- Fresh Lemon
How to make a low calorie slushie:

Second, just blend everything together until it is smooth.
Finally, pour the slushie into glasses and enjoy. You can serve with a straw or spoon.
I like to top each glass with a lemon slice. This is optional but looks really pretty.
Crystal light slush is frugal.
Now you can even enjoy a Summer drink with your kids without all the extra calories. This comes to only 5 calories per serving. This should make 4 nice size servings.
Your kids will also like thesekool aid slushies. They taste just as yummy as the ones you buy but at a fraction of the cost. Plus, it’s so convenient being able to make these delicious slushies at home.
I love being able to make yummy drinks at home. They save us money and time because I can whip them up in literally minutes.
