Simple answer is lookup the TGP spec of your RX 580 for max power draw.
Then check the candidate PSU rails and if it's multi-rail, check the V1/V2/V3 max power output label and how it's split amongst the ATX connector and PCIe power connectors. You want 75W for the slot (ATX connector), 75W for any GPU 6P connector and 150W for any GPU 8P connector.
Add 20% to each rail/connector for PSU longevity and to cater for spikes. Also beware of low cost ATX PSUs often with inflated power labels. Brands like Silverstone cost more but have a reputation to uphold.
I was able to use a (then good) silent and quiet 220W Dell DA-2 that mated perfectly to a EXP GDC 8.x to power a RX 580 and sat discretely on the floor, liberating desk space. Bad news is these are now older and harder to find at low cost. Was also prepared to MSI Afterburner undervolt the RX 580 if hit instability issues which thankfully did not encounter.

@nando4, i see this a bit complicated than i though, i already piece together most thing the only thing i still confuse is psu stuff and all of those pin cable atm i think i just going to get any 450 wat 80 bronze psu just incase i upgrade in the future but there 4 pin cable 8 etc which i dont understand do all psu had pin cable necessary for my egpu upgrade or some psu lacking in pin cable?

@indo_suprem, different PSU brand and specification has different available cable type based on my experience ie. 6 pin power available on some other but the other brand doesn't, you can choose the PSU that have cable based on what your necessity or what your GPU need to power it, It also depend on the PSU capability of supplying power, usually high power PSU has 6 pin/8 pin/ 4 + 4 pin for vga power. Since the RX 580 has 185 watt maximum TDP based on techpowerup website, the best option is to look for psu that can supply power higher than 185 Watt for stability. You can use common PSU for gaming like 500 watt with 80+ setification that would be good even you can use 380 watt with 80+ sertification in case you will use it only for powering the exp gdc and the rx 580, i think it still enough. But the best option is use the 400 - 500 watt or upper with 80+ sertification.
