You can build rapport with NPCs by playing music, interacting with emotes, and gifting them specific items. Reaching different friendship levels unlocks more and more rewards. A few NPCs will reward you with gold, which can be a huge boost to your initial gold making strategy in Lost Ark.
Earn Gold Fast With Rapport
Here you’ll find all NPCs with easy accessible gold rewards (at Amicable or Friendly) grouped by tier. Start with the highest tier you have access to.
Update on March 11: A lot of the gold rewards were taken out of the game to combat bots and gold sellers. This guide has been updated to reflect these changes.
Tier 1 (1,000 Gold)
Thirain in Luterra Castle: 200 gold.- Sasha in Origins of Stern (Arthetine): 500 gold (Friendly).
Ealyn in Vern Castle: 200 gold.- Avele in Vern Castle: 500 gold (Friendly).
Tier 2 (1,800 Gold)
Reaching Feiton unlocked 4 NPCs with very good gold rewards. Sadly, Feiton was hit really hard in the March patch and the gold rewards were replaced by silver rewards. If you are starved with silver, the NPCs could still be worth to check out.

Tier 3 (5,900 Gold)
Rapport in Punika will reward you with a lot of gold. Start with this as soon as possible. You’ll earn 2,400 gold with Amicable already.
- Nia in Nia Village: 1,400 Gold (Amicable).
Requires Song of Harmony (Punika Adventure’s Tome at 50%) or Heavenly Harmony. - Nia Village: 700 Gold (Amicable) + 400 Gold (Friendly).
Very fast NPC to build rapport with. - Nia Village: 800 Gold (Friendly).
Requires Song of Starlight. - Nia Village: 800 Gold (Friendly).
- Nia Village: 800 Gold (Friendly).
Requires Song of Harmony (Punika Adventure’s Tome at 50%). - Nia Village: 300 Gold (Amicable) + 700 Gold (Friendly).
Requires Song of Eternity (Rohendel Adventure’s Tome at 60%). He’s fast to get to Amicable, so you could only use the emote if you don’t have the song yet.
