Export an iOS distribution certificate with a private key
When you export the distribution certificate for App Studio, a certificate with a private key is required. To export a certificate with a private key on macOS.:
- Go to the Applications > Utilities folder in Finder.
- Double-click Keychain Access.
- In the Keychains pane, click Login.
- In Category pane, click Certificates.
- Click your certificate, which has a single child item that is a private key.
- Right-click on the certificate and select Export.
- Select the Personal Information Exchange (.p12 certificate) File Format.
- Type a file name in the Save As field.
- Select a destination to save the file from the Where dropdown.
- Type a Password.
- Type the password again in the Verify field.
- Click OK.

Provisioning Profile Name | The name of the provisioning profile. | |
Certificate Expiration | The date the certificate associated with the provisioning profile expires. | |
Expiration Date | The date the certificate expires. | |
Action | Option to delete the provisioning profile. Note:Applications associated with your provisioning profile are not deleted. |
