Go to Settings > Contacts > Accounts. Tap the account that has contacts that you want to add or remove. To add contacts, turn on Contacts. To remove contacts, turn off Contacts, then tap Delete from My iPhone.

Manage a child's contacts: If you're using Family Sharing, you can view, edit, add, or delete your child's contacts. Tap Manage [child's name] Contacts. If your child already has contacts in iCloud, they receive a notification on their device asking them to approve the request to manage them.

Family Sharing: If you're both part of a Family Sharing group and have iCloud Contacts enabled, it can automatically sync contacts across all iCloud accounts within the group.

Things to check first

Make sure you're signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on all of your devices. Then check you've turned on Contacts, Calendars and Reminders in your iCloud settings. Check that the date and time settings on your device are correct for your current location.

Access the same contacts on all your devices

When you set up iCloud for Contacts, your contacts are stored in the cloud, which frees up space on your device. You can see them on any device that's set up for iCloud and Contacts, including your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, and Windows computer.

First, go to Settings > iCloud > Contacts on your phone and make sure it's toggled on. Then click out, go back to Settings > Screen Time > Family Member > Communication Limits. You need to request your child's permission to manage their contacts and approve it from the kid's watch.

In Screen Time on your Mac, your parent or guardian can ask to manage your iCloud contacts, and you can choose to approve or deny the request. With your approval, the person managing your contacts can view, edit, add, or remove your iCloud contacts.
