Max Georgiev Breaks Silence: Full Response to Ronnie Radke's Allegations | Falling In Reverse Drama (2026)

The music world is often filled with drama, but sometimes, the headlines hit a little harder. Recently, former Falling In Reverse guitarist Max Georgiev found himself at the center of a firestorm. The band's vocalist, Ronnie Radke, publicly accused Georgiev of a deeply disturbing act, leading to a flurry of statements and counter-statements. Let's break down this complex situation.

Radke's initial accusation, shared on social media, was blunt: he claimed he fired Georgiev due to the guitarist's alleged past involvement with a minor. Radke stated, "For those that are wondering why I fired @maxgeorgiev the guitarist, it’s because he admitted to sleeping with a minor 10 years before he was in my band when he was 27 years old."

Georgiev swiftly responded with his own statement on January 6th. He firmly denied the allegations, stating, "I have never done anything illegal with a minor. Fifteen years ago, when I was 23, I still lived in Quebec, Canada." He further emphasized his respect for fans and his dedication to his craft.

But here's where it gets controversial... Radke didn't back down. In a livestreamed video, he doubled down on his claims, alleging Georgiev had lied about his age to the minor and that the parents were involved.

Georgiev, however, issued a new statement on January 8th, maintaining his innocence. He clarified, "Anyone who believes that I was physically involved with a minor at age 27 while having no concrete evidence of it is delusional." He explained that he had dated someone who turned 18 a few months later when he was 23 in Quebec, Canada. He also added that the girl only had a mother, and there was no confrontation.

Interestingly, Georgiev hinted at a possible motive for his dismissal: He mentioned he was preparing to leave FIR by April of 2024 and had already started learning songs from another band. He provided evidence, including videos of himself playing guitar for Disturbed, in a Google Drive folder created on May 6th, 2024. Falling In Reverse had toured with Disturbed earlier in the year. It's worth noting that the age of consent in Quebec, Canada, where Georgiev resided at the time, is 16.

Currently, Georgiev is pursuing a solo career, with his latest release, "Believe In You," available online.
