On a recent Sunday, Commissioner Jahanzeb Awan, accompanied by a team of officials, visited the MDCAT 2025 examination centers at the University of Sargodha. The visit aimed to assess the arrangements and ensure a smooth and fair examination process for the 2,091 candidates, comprising 518 males and 1,573 females.
The examination centers were strategically divided, with the Jinnah Block accommodating male candidates, while female students took their tests in various departments, including Economics, Education, Psychology, Computer Science, IT, and the Malik Feroze Khan Noon Business School. This segregation is a common practice to ensure a comfortable and focused environment for all students.
Commissioner Awan's inspection covered various critical aspects, including security, surveillance, electricity, water supply, shaded areas, and other facilities. He expressed satisfaction with the overall management, highlighting the collective effort of the district administration, police, university, and health department. Their coordinated efforts ensured a successful and comfortable examination experience for the students.
"Ensuring transparency, discipline, and convenience in major examinations like MDCAT is a shared responsibility," Commissioner Awan emphasized. He further commended the provision of all possible facilities to the students, allowing them to approach the exam with confidence and ease.
