Using LivFresh Mobile Whitening System is super simple! Please see below:
- Be sure to look at your teeth in the mirror before your first treatment to create a baseline of the color of your teeth. This will help you judge the improvement with LivFresh Mobile Whitening System.
- We recommend brushing your teeth with LivFresh Gel Toothpaste before using the whitening system. After brushing, dry the surface of your teeth with a tissue or towel.
- When ready, take the silver metal alloy pen and twist the pen until a drop of the serum is visible on the tip of the brush applicator. We recommend the silver pen for daily use and the gold pen for special occasions.
- Apply the serum to your teeth. Be sure to cover the teeth entirely, even near the gumline. We recommend using 4 droplets during each session. Each droplet of serum can cover 1 of the 4 quadrants of your mouth. Be sure to keep your mouth open the entire time as you apply the serum
- After covering the surface of your teeth, put the mouthguard into your mouth, and then close your lips over it. Connect the blue diode to your device, and your treatment has begun!
- Start the clock for 10-20 minutes. Upon finishing the treatment, remove the mouth guard and unplug the blue diode from your device. Proceed to rinse your mouth.
- Avoid drinking coffee, soda, or wine for at least 2 hours after using the strips.
- Use daily for 20 straight days for maximum effect.
