For those of you who buy spores online, which do you feel is the best site to buy from? In terms of price and quality I mean. I noticed that sporebank and sporeworks.com, while apparantly having the same inventory and being owned by the same people, have a $3 difference in syringes. What's up with that? Do the syringes from sporebank have more spores? I've only ordered from sporeworks and unless I've been doing somehting horribly wrong they aren't working too well for me. (btw, do syringes have a shelf life at all?) Thanks. -------------------- At his house in R'lyeh dead Cthulhu lies in bed with yr. mom.

this belongs in the vendor forum but to answer you question, Sporeworks is a great company with a solid reputation, the stand behind what they sell, if the 2 sites are related itmay be that one is selling the others product, spore works is aparently based in Knoxville, Tn and spore bank is based in Ann Arbor, Mi. very different locations and extremely different registration info the price difference in the two companies is primarily just one mans version of a fair price, similar to another site that charges as much as $94 per syringe for 'hybridized' strains that are nothing more than that of other companies with a new name. stay away from that one, its spore trading post, check them out but never order. trust in sporeworks, they wont let you down. Spores can last a year in a syringe, must have been a well prepared syringe it seems but they worked. I hear tons of stuff about Ralphs service and have seen more polite, mannerly, helpful postings from him than anyone else. A jerkwad wouldnt waste too much time doing that and besides he would have been flamed out by now if he had been a crook. Extras: | Top |
