When I try to upload my Photos (to my Airbnb Listing) it wont upload. File number is shaded and not highlighted.

Are these HEIC images from your phone. If so this means that Airbnb doesn't yet recognise HEIC images.
The solution is to select the ones you want, and choose file>export from the menu. Then export them to a folder (I use a temporary folder on the desktop). You can then upload them from there (they will be converted to jpg for the export).
