Nagato wins. Why are people even debating about this? Nagato with all the six paths of pain in one body is wayyy stronger than the six paths themselves, because:
1) The six paths are reanimated corpses, not the true body of the Rinnegan user.
2) Nagato has to transmit his chakra through some distance to manipulate the 6 Pains. This means that there is some loss of power along the distance. It's analogous to the inverse square law in physics, where the gravitational force/electrostatic force/intensity of light is inversely proportional to the square of the distance between two bodies. In other words, the more the distance between Nagato and the Pains, the less chakra they receive. This was shown in Naruto vs. Pain, when the Deva Path moved away from Konoha towards the true location of Nagato in order to receive enough chakra to perform Chibaku Tensei.
Given the fact that Jiraiya had enough trouble with just 3 Pains, it is unreasonable to expect Jiraiya to defeat Prime Nagato. Lest people forget, the version of Nagato Jiraiya and Naruto fought was an emaciated, crippled version. Prime Nagato has full health and vitality, along with full mobility. No way Jiraiya is gonna beat that.

Pain, Itachi, Obito and Kisame are all stronger than Jiraiya. Pain has beaten Jiraya. Even with all intel, Naruto, who was stronger than Jiraya lost to Pain. Therefore there is no way for Jiraya to beat Pain.
Madara could easily beat him. Orochimaru MIGHT be able to with prep time but it would be a hard fight. Itachi could probably beat him if he wasn't sick simply because he could seal all the bodies and would be immune to any of his elemental abilities but it would be a hard won fight.
If base Minato with just a Rasegan and flying Raijin fought Nagato ,a Rinnegan user that has the full power of the Rinnegan and ghetto statute, he aint doin nothin. If it was like chakra mode Minato then he would have a chance of beating Nagato.
At least, that's what can be deduced from his words: "I'm still in time... to bring back the people who died since I arrived in the Hidden Leaf." With this in mind, the reason why Jiraiya couldn't be revived is that too much time had passed since his death.

While Jiraiya has incredible power over ninjutsu and can summon powerful allies like Gamabunta, he would prove no match for Kakashi with the twin Mangekyou Sharingan. It's worth mentioning that some of Kakashi's most powerful jutsu can strike at Jiraiya from afar, while many of Jiraiya's jutsu are close-range.
Orochimaru would triumph over Jiraiya if the two clash in a fight. Orochimaru proves that he can take down big names such as Hiruzen whereas Jiraiya does not have many victories against tough opponents. In addition, Jiraiya's durability pales in comparison to Orochimaru's.
No. Regardless of which ever form Jiraya would be in, whether it's Sage Mode, or whatever, he would be unable to defeat Madara, primarily due to the fact that Madara was a War God within his era, even without his Six Paths Mode.
A much younger Obito held his own against Minato who most likely was stronger than even sage Jiraya (well sage Jiraya was inferior to sage Naruto. Sage Naruto was weaker than KCM1 Naruto who was only relative to Minato in speed so even sage Jiraya would lose quite badly to Obito).
That's not to say that Nagato wasn't strong, though. In a fight, his Rinnegan would help him defeat most characters standing in his way. However, Obito's Kamui ability made him troublesome to deal with. As the Ten-tails Jinchūriki, Obito was levels above Nagato in terms of power and skill.
