There is no "fast".
When the money is released from the Hold, it sits in your Managed Payments account until it is transferred to your bank.
The default is weekly, and that means on Tuesday (because of long weekends I guess, fewer holdups due to bank holidays).
So if your money is released on Monday, it would be transferred hours later.
If your money is released on Wednesday, it would be transferred the next Tuesday.
While my bank seems to credit the transfer quite fast (same day) not everyone has had the same experience. But the problem does seem to be on the bank end, not the MP end.
Basically, until the Hold period is over, allow 30 to 35 days and try to be pleased when it is shorter.š¤¢
BTW- I sell on AZ in a very small way, and they only pay out after 30 days. So there's that.
