As you can see we do not require a place for the person doing the nominating, so it can be for one's self or another agent/lender. Our candidates either come through our site at topagentmagazine.com and/or our publishing staff and research team.
DOES IT COST MONEY TO BE IN TOP AGENT MAGAZINE?
You cannot pay to be in the magazine. If you are selected, we do offer optional items.

HOW DO I GET A COVER STORY IN TOP AGENT MAGAZINE?
The Cover stories are offered based on production and story. You cannot pay to be in the magazinenor can you simply buy a cover. You have to qualify and you also have to be offered. We are veryselective in this process as there are limited cover spots.
We start all the articles off as a 1 page and the covers or additional pages are determined by our publishing staff after the story is already written.
