Operating Loan
as defined in Section 2.5.
Operating Loan
means any Loan used to finance working capital and current or seasonal assets (e.g., inventories and accounts receivable) with an original maturity date of fourteen (14) months or less.

Examples of Operating Loan in a sentence
Any such Operating Loan shall be funded to the Custodian Reserve Account.
The Borrower shall repay any Operating Loan on the related Repayment Date.
Any such Operating Loan shall be funded to the PMCCF Cash Reinvestment Sub-Account, in the case of a PMCCF Operating Loan, or the SMCCF Cash Reinvestment Sub-Account, in the case of a SMCCF Operating Loan.
Each such notice must be received by the Lender at a time agreed upon by the Lender and the Borrower in accordance with agreed upon procedures at least one Business Day prior to (i) the settlement or funding date of the Primary Market Eligible Assets related to such notice or (ii) the date of requested funding of an Operating Loan.
The Parties will retain all digital files, books, documents, papers, accounting records and other evidence pertaining to this Agreement for not less than three years after the expiration or termination of this Agreement and repayment of the Operating Loan and interest.
