What Kind Of Detergent Can I Request?
We offer all the top name brands of detergent such as Tide, Gain, Free & Clear, Downy, Suavitel, Persil, Kirkland and more.
We also take requests! If you don’t see a detergent or softener you want us to use just give us a call and we’ll purchase it for your order at no extra charge!
Are There Extra Costs For Large Items Like Comforters Or Blankets?
We charge some items by piece vs per pound since they are more expensive for us to process – some of these items include comforters, blankets, sneakers, sleeping bags etc. You can see the full list here and pricing here

What Is The Cleaning Process For My Wash And Fold Order?
1. We never mix one customer order with another – each order is processed on its own
2. Only one laundry processor works on a full order for accountability
3. We always separate whites and colors
4. We read the order preferences and instructions for each order to confirm detergent requested, type of drying or any other special instructions
5. Our standard process is there are no specific instruction is using industry best practices: washing in cold water and using low heat for drying

What Is The Latest That I Can Request A Pickup?
You can place an order for pick up the same day if routes are still available. We guarantee next day availability for pick up and 24 hour turn around time on orders! Create a free account and you will be able to see the pick up windows available for today.

What If I Need To Cancel My Order?
When you create an account you get access to your own account portal. From your account portal you can cancel an order, create a new order, change your weekly service or edit your laundry preferences.

Do I Need To Be Home For The Pick-Up Of My Laundry?
No! We offer contactless pickup and delivery. You can leave your laundry outside your home, apartment or office. If you are staying at a hotel you can leave it at the front desk and we will pick it up and deliver it to the hotel front desk too.

Do You Require A Minimum Order For Pick Up?
There is a 15 pound minimum for all orders. We will still process your order if it is less but you will be charged a minimum of 15 pounds worth of laundry.

How Do I Pay?
Currently, we only accept payment via credit or debit card. You can enter or edit your card information once you create an account from our website www.OrlandoLaundryRoom.com

How Will I Know The Total Cost?
We will not charge you until delivery is complete, and you can expect to receive an itemized receipt via email immediately following delivery.
We only charge you on the weight after we have washed, dried and folded your clothes so you never have to worry about paying for wet towels or very dirty laundry.

How Many Clothes Make Up 15 Pounds Of Laundry?
15 pounds or laundry can include: 3 jeans, 3 pants, 5 shirts, 3 towels, 7 pairs of socks, 4 sweatshirts and 9 pairs of underwear. This is a rough estimate and final weights depend on material and overall weight of each item but should help give you a rough idea.

We do laundry pick up and delivery 7 days per week with next day delivery at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!

Where Should You Place Your Clothes And How Should You Bag Them?
You can place your clothes outside your door – most of our customers treat us like Amazon and just leave their bags outside. Let’s be honest – most thieves aren’t trying to take dirty laundry! You can place your dirty laundry in any type of garbage bag or laundry bag. (No Hampers)

What Is The Turnaround Time? Do We Offer Same Day Pick Up? Same Day Pick-Up And Delivery?
Wash & Fold orders can be delivered as soon as 24 hours of pickup. We are not able to pick up and deliver the same day however you can drop off in our Orlando location before 11am for same day service.
When you place your order you will get to select your own delivery day and window of time for delivery. We will also send text message notifications when we are on our way for pick up and delivery.

How Much Does It Cost?
Our wash & fold laundry model is simple. Payment is assessed automatically after we process your order on the card on file. We charge a flat rate per pound for standard wash & fold orders. Once you create an account online it will give you your price per pound based on your address before you place an order. Also, signing up for a weekly or bi-weekly schedule reduces the cost to a fraction of the cost. See our full price list here
