You may have done a half a mil however if your seller performance in your dashboard has too many issues with all 4 categories especially closed without seller resolution and cancellations that all adds up. Those numbers are hard to get back up in a short amount of time and the same goes for your feedback it takes many many transactions and sales to get those numbers up and for the negatives to fall off.
Ebays system is geared to making sure buyers are happy and if you are not providing good service they will give you a certain timeframe to do better or they will shut you off andsuspend your account with no way to get it back open or open a new one.
They don't care how much you make or what your sales are as ebay has 19 million sellers and about 3% of those make over a million a year. They don't have a dedicated team for them either. They are dedicated to the buyers and want them to come back.
You can give them all the excuses in the world but they will have no problem giving you a MC011 restriction and that is the kiss of death on ebay. So my advice is get your numbers up and keep them up or you won't last 6 more months to try and get to that 1 mil in sales.
