You can pause, resume and cancel a subscription from the Dashboard.
You can pause a subscription from your Dashboard:
- Log in to the and click Subscriptions under PAYMENT PRODUCTS in the left menu.
- Click the Subscription Id you want to pause.
- Click Pause Subscription. The subscription is paused immediately.
- Click Yes, Pause.
You can resume a subscription from your Dashboard:
- Log in to the and click Subscriptions under PAYMENT PRODUCTS in the left menu.
- Click the Subscription Id you want to resume.
- Click Resume Subscription. The subscription is resumed immediately.
- Click Yes, Resume.
Hand Tips
You can either cancel the subscription immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle.

To cancel a subscription from your Dashboard:
- Log in to the and click Subscriptions under PAYMENT PRODUCTS in the left menu.
- Click the Subscription Id you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel Subscription. You can choose to either cancel the subscription immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Click Yes, Cancel.
