What is PayDirect payment? ›

PayDirect is a feature that allows you to link your physical Touch 'n Go card to your Touch 'n. Go eWallet account. If you tap your card at a PayDirect-supported terminal, the charges will. be deducted from your eWallet instead of your physical card.

PayDirect enables users to add up to FIVE (5) physical Touch 'n Go cards into the eWallet for toll usage.

Tap on PayDirect. 7. Change the option to enable/disable.

Here's how you can disable the PayDirect feature:

If you're shopping in person and want to pay using your Touch 'n Go eWallet you'll be able to either scan the merchant's QR code, or have the merchant scan your personal QR code in the Touch 'n Go app. Just look out for a sign with the Touch 'n Go logo displayed near the checkout.

How do I charge my Touch n Go card? ›

Can you withdraw money from Touch n Go card? ›

The Touch 'n Go Zing Card is a companion card (works as a generic card) that is linked to Visa, MasterCard or American Express issued by participating banks in Malaysia. Each time the card balance falls below RM50, it triggers the auto-reload mechanism to reload RM100 onto the card.

The card usually inactive if there is no transaction within a year. What we used to do in the past is to walk-in to the Toll office to get the card activate or refund, which is very inconvenient and time consuming. With the Touch 'n go portal, you can now easily request for a refund via online.

Please access to our Touch 'n Go Portal and log in to the Card Portal to check on the status of your Touch 'n Go card. Alternatively, you may also link your card to your Touch 'n Go eWallet account to view your card status.

With just the recipient's mobile phone number or Touch 'n Go eWallet account number, you can make an instant fund transfer from participating banks. DuitNow Transfer is an instant fund transfer function that allows you to receive and/or send funds between your eWallet and internet banking accounts.

No minimum balance is required to use 'Scan QR in/out Parking'. However, we recommend that you maintain enough balance to ensure that the payment can be processed successfully.

How much is the reload fee for reloading the enhanced Touch n' Go (TNG) card? There is no reload fee for reloads done via the Touch n' Go eWallet. Reloading the TNG card using existing SSK/Terminals/ATM Machine or partner merchants might incur a RM0. 50 reload fee depending on merchants that you visit.

You may Cash Out into your Touch 'n Go eWallet balance or your first party bank account registered under your name. Step 1: Tap the "GO+" icon. Step 2: Select "Cash Out". Step 3: Select "eWallet Balance*" or “Bank Account” and follow through with the instructions.
