The Plasma Dragon can be bred by using any two dragons, in either order, containing the Lightning and Water elements at any Breeding Cave.
Breeding Opposites
Breeding a Lightning Dragon or a Water Dragon with a Plasma Dragon will result in a Lightning Dragon, a Water Dragon, a Current Dragon, a Surge Dragon or a Plasma Dragon.
