- Click Sign-Up in the login page on PNB Mobile Banking App
- Choose account type and input Debit Card Number and PIN
- Create your user ID and password
- Enter 6-digit One-Time PIN (OTP) sent via SMS
- Upon initial login, enter Online Activation Code (OAC) sent via e-mail

*Dormancy fee shall be collected when:
- Your PNB PAL Mabuhay Miles Debit Mastercard shall be available for pick up at the Branch where you opened the account.
- Your PNB PAL Mabuhay Miles Debit Mastercard shall be available for pick up at the Branch where you opened the account after 7-10 banking days from the date of account opening.
- No. Only either a passbook or a debit card will be issued per account holder.
- Your initial passbook will be released by your PNB Branch of choice where you opened the account right after your account is opened.
- The minimum maintaining balance for Top Saver Account is PHP 30,000.00.
- If the Average Daily Balance (ADB) of your Top Saver Account falls below the required minimum monthly ADB for at least two (2) consecutive months, it will be charged PHP 350.00 per month until your account reaches the ADB requirement.
- Early Closure Fee – applicable to accounts closed within 30 days from account opening is Php 500.00.

PNB PAL Mabuhay Miles Debit Mastercard features and benefits are as follows:

- Withdraw at any BancNet ATMs in the Philippines
- Accepted internationally at Mastercard and Maestro-affiliated shops and ATMs
- Use for online transactions for ease and convenience
- Tap to pay on any Mastercard contactless-enabled POS machines
- For online purchases, simply input your card details when asked. There will be a One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number to confirm the transaction. Please be mindful of the online shops that you visit to avoid fraudulent transactions.

- To use your PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles Debit Mastercard for online payments, simply input the card details when asked. There will be a One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number to confirm the transaction. Please be mindful of the online payment sites that you visit to avoid fraudulent transactions.

* All transactions made in foreign currencies will be automatically converted to Philippine Peso on the transaction dates at the prevailing exchange rate applied by Mastercard. The amount converted may include other fees imposed by Mastercard and/or the acquiring bank.
- Yes, you may withdraw your money abroad at any Mastercard and Maestro-affiliated shops and ATMs.
- Each time you make an online purchase you will be required to enter a One-Time PIN (OTP) to proceed on each of your online transactions using your PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles Debit Mastercard. Kindly ensure that your contact details are updated by visiting any PNB Branch. Only your registered mobile number will receive an OTP.
- OTP is free. It shall not be charged to your mobile phone bill regardless of your location and the number of times you transact online.
- Expect to receive the OTP via SMS within five (5) minutes. If you did not receive the OTP, you may select “Regenerate OTP” button to get a new one.

- How do I report a lost/stolen debit card?
- In case of lost/stolen debit card, immediately report to the Maintaining Branch or Customer Care. You may call (632) 8573-8888 or email customercare@pnb.com.ph.
- Yes, debit card replacement is charged PHP 200.00
- In case of lost / stolen passbook, immediately report to the Maintaining Branch or Customer Care. You may call (632) 8573-8888 or email customercare@pnb.com.ph. You may only have your lost passbook replaced at your Maintaining Branch.
- For lost passbook, replacement fee is PHP 200.00. Fully filled up passbook will be replaced for free.
