First Time Sign In:
If you have not set up online banking and the temporary password you were given does not work, please call or text our support team at 989-497-1600. Your initial temporary password, given at account opening, is only good for 24 hours and must be changed within that time frame.
Forgot Password:
If you forgot your password, use the “I forgot my password” feature (located below the sign in button) and answer your security questions. This will prompt you to change your password.
Note: Beginning April 18, 2024, Frankenmuth Credit Union’s Online Banking (OLB) and App platforms will require a 10-character password to authenticate your login. Because protecting your information is our top priority, FCU will require you to update your login password to be at least 10 characters.
Locked out of Account:
Members are only allowed three invalid attempts before their password is disabled. If your account is locked, use the “I forgot my password” feature (located below the sign in button) and answer your security questions. This will prompt you to change your password.

E-Deposit - Check Deposit
Have a check to deposit but no time to visit the bank? Use e-deposit on the mobile app or click the link below to deposit your check. It’s as easy as taking a picture of the front and back of your check.
