To clear everything out, I'm not a hacker at all for who thinks I'm a hacker, and I'm here not to cry because I got perm banned (I already applied a case for EA about the banned, I'm here to advice you about this stupid banned that might happen to you in any time using Logitech or other mouse/keyboard softwares.
I've been playing apex legend since the begging of 2019, and I've spend on my origin account more than 500+ dollars on it and about 430 dollars on Apex Legend, It's not to show off I'm just mention it to give you more proves that I'm not a hacker, and I got banned for using Logitech software (I've tested it).

And here is how I got banned:
First of all let's clear out that I've been playing apex legend since begging of 2019 and since then I did not run any strange softwares in the background other than discord/skype/google chrome, recently I bought a Logitech G502Proteus Spectrum, exactly on 24/01 (a day before the ban) I'll prove that I bought it on 24/01 in a minute, anyway I plugged it into my PC and download their Logitech software from their website, obv I heard a lot about this mouse and the hotkeys it has, and I decide to put hotkeys on it and adjust DPI whenever I click a button my DPI changes to a different number depend on the button I click, and each game have it's own profile inside of the Logitech Mouse Software, so I play BF4 and Fortnite and I got a lot of Hotkeys and script to BF4 and I played all day on BF4 and Fortnite with the mouse, on 25/01 in the morning I turned on my PC and I set BF4 Profile in Logitech Software as my default profile so if I played Apex legend or other games the main profile for the mouse will be BF4 and since I have scripts running the BF4 to adjust my aim and my DPI, it applied on Apex legend, I played in apex legend for 3 hours after that I got banned, I was in shocked I went immediately to EA cases and made a case about my banned, on 25/01 but I couldn't know what cause the banned so I asked them in their live chat and they told me they will mail me why I got banned, and on 25/01 in night time, I got a mail that I used 3rd party software and auto-bot banned it and banned my account, here I knew that it was Logitech Software since It's a new software that runs in the background since 2019, So I decide to test it to confirm that it's really the software that cause the ban on my account.
So I made 2 new accounts, The FIRST account I played for 3+ hours with the LOGITECH Software running in the background, I got banned after 3 hours, the SECOND account I turned off the software and boom nothing happened to it.
On 27/01 in the morning I made a new case for EA and explained everything and provide them when and what time I bought the mouse and how I got banned and what was the cause of it. and since then they telling me the case is passed to TOS team, and they need 24-72 hours to reply to me.
But 3-4 days later they still are not replying to my case.

Pictures are my purchase history of the mouse (24/01) from website Plonter.co.il, I'm from Israel.
I don't know what will happen to my account, I'm a team member of clan TFE, I played more than 500+ hours on apex legend and spend over 400$+ on it, unlocked almost every legendary on the account, played since season one.
It's very sad feeling that happen to me.
But an advice to you all, do not use softwares that may trigger the game to ban you.
even if it was a software from a famous company.
I already made a lot of cases, from 25/01 and still no replys.
I hope, little hope that an apex legend agent or a helper, can handle my case and see where I'm coming from, I'm not a stupid hacker who wants to get his level 100 with kdr 11+ account unbanned, I'm a normal player. I've spend a lot of work on my account so please EA or Apex Legend look deeper in my case.!!
