Receipt of verification email takes too long
SOLVE
Hello,
I'm a new user in this community and I need help with a small issue.
When I try to connect to my Hubspot account, I'm asked for a verification code that I receive by email. My problem is that I receive the email with the verification code usually 10 minutes after I try to log in. Which is a bit long.
I should point out that I have this problem regardless of the browser I'm using, the computer I'm using (my colleague has the same problem) and my location.
Is there a way to shorten this time?

Hi@MBarnaud,
is this regarding a 2FA code? And do you need this for every single login?
It might depend on your email provider or your (business email?) server settings. Sometimes certain (or all) emails go through multiple security checks before being delivered. These checks can take several minutes. Usually, this is not a default setting, but if this is about a business email address, it might have been added by your IT admin.
Just for testing purposes, you could create a new user with another email address (different provider / non-business mail) and check if the email is delivered faster.

Hi@MBarnaud, I'm with@colinwitton this one, it's likely an issue with your email provider or IT settings for spam prevention.
I typically receive the HubSpot 2FA emails within 5-10 seconds, you can also get them via text message if you configure your 2FA settings with a backup method - the text messages come through instantly, usually 1-3 seconds.

With your tests, it makes sense that it comes from our email provider. I will see with my IT admin or the 2FA method.
