By using this website or any goods or services offered by Bitcoin Depot Operating, LLC d/b/a Bitcoin Depot ("Bitcoin Depot”," "us," "we" or "our"), you (“You”, “Your”, “Customer”) acknowledge and agree to this Refund Noticewhich is subject to and incorporated into theTerms and Conditionslocated at bitcoindepot.com/terms andPrivacy Noticelocated at bitcoindepot.com/privacy or such other URL or address as provided by Bitcoin Depot from time to time.
Completed transactions and transactions to a wallet that you do not control are not eligible for a refund.
Upon the initiation of a transaction or purchase from Bitcoin Depot, you may not cancel the transaction. Because of the nature of the technology involved with cryptocurrency, transactions that have been initiated cannot subsequently be reversed. It is critical that you carefully review your order before finalizing it.
- Notification
You acknowledge and agree you have a duty to provide accurate and complete information, as well as a duty to inspect your receipts. You must notify Bitcoin Depot’s Customer Service Department via e-mail to support@Bitcoindepot.com within one to three days of the date of your order with Bitcoin Depot.
- Refunds Generally
Bitcoin Depot reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, if you meet the criteria to be eligible for a refund. Bitcoin Depot reserves the right to accept or reject any refund for any reason. Upon request for a refund, you have an affirmative obligation to cooperate with Bitcoin Depot in the investigation of any refund request and shall provide any records or information related to your transaction with Bitcoin Depot upon request (including, but not limited to, transaction numbers, copies of your receipt, and your wallet address). Should Bitcoin Depot approve your refund request, you may only receive a refund to (in Bitcoin Depot’s election) the wallet address used in your transaction or via check (or other payment method) to the physical address used to create your account.
- Refund Fees
Bitcoin Depot may, in its sole and absolute discretion, apply a fee of up to ten percent (10%) of the total transaction size for any transactions in which a refund is requested. Any and all market gains on refunds shall belong solely to Bitcoin Depot.
Without limiting any other legal or equitable rights and remedies that may be available to Bitcoin Depot, Bitcoin Depot may elect to apply any and/or all of your funds in its possession to satisfy your monetary obligations to Bitcoin Depot and/or may offset any obligations that Bitcoin Depot may have to you.
