Given the type of items you sell, I assume these are not personal possessions you are selling, so you will be reporting your sales on schedule C as self employment income. You can deduct all of your selling costs to arrive at taxable income.

So the other major line item is your product cost. The easiest is a list on a spreadsheet, but if you have an easier way, that is OK, you just need to document how you got to the total. The csv financial overview would give you a list to work from.
