This page shows you how to make a quota increase request for Filestoreinstances and backups when you have reached or are approaching your quota limitin a particular region.
Quota for Filestore instances varies by regionand service tier. Basic, enterprise, and zonalservice tiers all have separate project quotas. Quota for the zonal tier with ahigher capacity range (previously high scale SSD) starts at 0
, so to create suchinstances, you must first submit a quota increase request. Once quota is granted,you can start creating instances.
To see your available quota, go to the Quotas page.
In the Google Cloud console, go to the Quotas page.
For Service, select Filestore API.
Select the checkbox next to the Filestore quota you want to increase.
On the top of the page, click Edit Quotas.
Provide your name, email, and phone number and click Next.
Specify the new quota limit you are requesting.
Provide a description for your request.
Click Done and then click Submit request.
Quota increase requests generally take two business days to process. Largerequests may require more information and take a longer time. If you do not geta response within two business days, work with support or your sales partner.
Once you have submitted your request, you can submit another quota increaserequest or close the browser tab for the request form.
